    "Since it's been raining a lot on the west side, my girlfriend and I decided that we wanted pho. We always noticed that there was a pho place connected to the old Consolidated Theatres that's been there for years so we decided to give it a try.

    We were not disappointed!

    What really makes a good pho is not the ingredients they add into the broth but the BROTH ITSELF. Pho is a great comfort food, and the broth they have for the pho here is simply outstanding! It's oily and fatty the way pho broth is supposed to be which is why many people say it's perfect the day after a night of heavy drinking!

    We started with summer rolls, which are filled with lettuce, rice noodles, and some shrimp. It came with a side of peanut dipping sauce, which is probably the best I've had in years! It's very tasty. The sauce they provide is chunky with just the right amount of peanuts added.

    The pho was delicious. Comes with your standard set of sides to add, which are bean sprouts, basil, and lemons. The table is set with sriracha, hoisin sauce as well as their own garlic chili oil paste. Noodles weren't too soggy and the meat inside was just the right amount.

    Gonna come back again when I'm craving pho!"

    "Hands down, my favorite pho restaurant in Kapolei or even on the leeward side! One of two of my favorite pho bowls thus far on all Island! I am a huge PHOnatic, craving it more often than ramen, even on hot days! I've tried pho from two other restaurants in Kapolei, plus one in Waipahu. This one wins! The immensely flavorful broth makes the difference. It reminds me so much of pho back in San Diego or Orange County's Little Saigon. I usually don't slurp the broth when I'm pau with the noodles and meat, but this time, I only stopped myself because I was in a rush!

    The noodles were cooked just right, and I ordered the steak on the side to enjoy the tender meat. I love that the chili oil includes minced garlic for extra flavor with the heat!

    I am often dangerously close to this restaurant, and I have a loyalty card from them! I must have the willpower to not always dine here! I've had the spring roll vermicelli dish, which I'd imagine is difficult to mess up, but the PHO is the superstar!

    Now, to brave Honolulu to find the best pho there! I've only had Little Saigon-esque pho at this restaurant and in Aiea — okay, and Piggy Smalls as well, if you count modern, hipster pho haha. Must fight the urge to come here daily!"

    "Favorite pho spot in Kapolei, hands down! Used to go to the one across the street but discovered that these guys are much better in every aspect. The workers here are friendly (found out they're all family). Their service is also on point. They serve you right away, and food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. As a side note, if you're not too hungry, they offer a Keiki-sized pho as well!

    Another note to take is that you should go at an off-hour. They get pretty busy around the usual lunch / dinner hours."

    This place is great. We usually do a phone order at this restaurant! The order is always ready in the time they say it will be ready by. Easy to park right in front and pick up our order.
